Delivery Policy
My247Mart.com will take great care to ensure that you receive all purchased items in perfect condition and in timely manner with no faulty orders.
All orders received by My247Mart.com until 3:00PM will be delivered within 1-2 Days. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed the next day. A confirmation e-mail will be sent at the e-mail address you provided when you registered as a member. In the same manner, an e-mail will also be sent if your order has been disapproved or discontinued for whatever reason (e.g. not within the deliverable area, etc.)
All orders will be delivered by our own staff using our own vehicles. We will make every effort to deliver within the time-slot stated in your order, but the Company will not be liable for any possible loss caused by late delivery.
At My247Mart.com, we understand the importance of ‘On-Time’ delivery, so please notify us either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time.
All items on My247Mart.com are available for delivery within Sharjah & Ajman city only.
Order Availability
Products in My247Mart.com are readily available for sale as long as they are on stock. Any buyer shall be notified through e-mail or by phone for orders which cannot be fulfilled for the time being.
Coupons and Discounts Policy
My247Mart.com offers variety of coupons and discount offers. The company has the right to accept/refuse the coupons redemptions at any time without prior notice to the customer as these coupons are considered bonus and My247Mart.com has the right to stop it at any point of time. Certain terms and conditions apply to each promotional campaign. All coupons and discounts are restricted to 1 coupon per customer per month policy. This rule does not apply to reward and loyalty points, prepaid and recharge cards.
Coupons may be subjected to certain limitations and restrictions for each campaign. This includes limitations for coupon discount value, basket size minimum total and excluded products.
